Terms and Conditions for Doctors on Quickobook.com

1. Applicability & Scope

These Terms apply to all medical professionals and healthcare establishments (clinics, hospitals, individual practitioners) who register with or use Quickobook.com and its affiliated services, including:

• Online and offline doctor listings
• AI-based prescription tools
• Online consultations (video/audio)
• Diagnostic and lab integrations
• Clinic management software (QOB Clinic)
• Appointment generation via QOB Stores and Field Force.

By using the Quickobook platform, the practitioner agrees to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Only registered medical practitioners or authorized representatives of certified healthcare institutions may sign up. Practitioners must provide valid registration numbers (MCI/NMC/AYUSH) and related documents. Qwkpro Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify credentials and reject or suspend any listing with inaccurate or unverifiable information.

3. Usage Guidelines & Code of Conduct

Sharing login credentials is prohibited. Practitioners are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated prescriptions. The platform must not be used to promote unverified, unethical, or illegal medical advice or services. Any misuse, impersonation, or unethical behavior will lead to suspension or permanent delisting.

4. Appointments, Availability & Consultations

Doctors must ensure the timely delivery of in-clinic and online consultations booked through Quickobook. Any unavailability must be updated in advance in the Quickobook system to notify patients accordingly. Walk-in patients from QOB stores or QR-based self-registration are integrated into the practitioner's dashboard for continuity.

5. Ratings, Reviews & Listings

Doctors listed on Quickobook may receive patient reviews and ratings. Reviews will only be moderated or removed if they are proven to be defamatory, fake, or abusive. Profile visibility and ranking are determined by an internal algorithm considering activity, availability, patient feedback, and consultation behavior.

6. Subscription Plans & Payment Terms

Quickobook offers both free and paid subscription plans. Premium features (e.g., AI prescription tool, sponsored listings, digital stethoscope access) are chargeable. Once a subscription is activated, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Free trials may be provided for specific features but may end automatically or transition to paid plans after the trial period.

7. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

All patient records and consultation data are securely stored in compliance with data protection norms. Only the respective consulting doctor has access to the patient's case records. Quickobook may use anonymized data for research, AI model improvement, or analytics with no patient identifiers.

8. Suspension or Termination

Quickobook reserves the right to suspend or terminate a doctor's profile for:

• Misrepresentation of qualifications
• Violation of medical ethics or telemedicine guidelines
• Repeated patient complaints or misconduct
• Any breach of these terms and conditions

9. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

Quickobook acts solely as a platform provider. All diagnoses, treatments, or opinions provided via the platform are the doctor's responsibility. The practitioner agrees to indemnify Quickobook (Qwkpro Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.) against any liability, legal claims, or damages arising from negligence, malpractice, or service delivery failures.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Silchar, Assam.
